Restaurant Santa Maria is widely-known for it`s specific qualitics,even outside of Vodice.The owner of the restaurant,a well-known tourist visionary Šime Pelajić-Brunac has long realised that tourists are not merely looking for something to eat,but a place that tells a story-a story of Dalmatia.
It is an offbeat restaurant where you will be given a warm welcome by a rooster,parrots sometimes even a goat or a donkey.There are hundreds of paintings,photos and newspaper articles on the wall along with the chests and sewing-machines in the corners.
The interior of the restaurant and it`s terrace can accommodate up to 100 guests.Although well-known for its Mexican specialties,it also offers all kinds of fish and meat dishes.
